Every individual has its own opinion and I do not have any issue with that. Firstsource Solutions Ltd might have not be a good experience for couple of my friends but I feel a bit different. I have worked here for almost 3 years and I have gained so much from the company and I am thankful for it.
The company is very sensitive towards its employees and this is one place( in my career of over 10 yrs) where even an executive finds job security. See, you will get work load every where, all companies are doing business and not charity so, complaining work stress and other issues is not a big issue. You will find it everywhere.
The most important part is that once you are hired you are part of the organization and every contribution you make is countable.
Good Salary structure and Timely pay out is one of the best thing about first source.
Properly defined roles for every individual helps in accountability and Service Levels for everything makes thing easy for all employees.
So many employee centric policies add more value to an employees job.
Your voice is heard and even the GM/Vp's & Directors have open their ways to reach them for any difficulty an employee come across.
