I am very regular customer of firstcry, from last 2 times I had very bad experience with cash-back offers, I placed orders by applying the cash-back coupon codes, when I did not received the cash-back, I wrote to CC asking for the claims, in turn they said me that the following code was not for xyz offers and gave me some lame explanations, that time I did not had any evidence so I just kept quite,
On 10-Oct-14 I placed and order and had the screen shot of the order which I have attached along with this review, now again the CC of First cry says that the coupon code did not get applied and gave told me some lame explanations and told me that you will not get that 25% cash back.
I suggest do not get tempted by cash-back offers from first cry they are not correct as per my experiences. If you are getting a OFF while placing the offer @ the moment go by it, but never trust for the cash-back offers.
