I have ordered 8 items from FirstCry which took many days to deliver, they did not even deliver 2 items but marked their status delivered in the portal.
They have the most pathetic customer service imaginable, we had to raise a complaint in their portal which took almost half an hour(such is their process).
The guys from the customer service called after 2 days and told that as per their record the items have been delivered and they can not do anything about it. The guy kept on telling me the same things over and over again and I had to give up finally.
I guess it is their usual practice, do not buy anything from them ever.
