I had been a regular customer until recently when I bought some stuff and used a coupon code for 20% cash back.
When I got the coupon for 20% cash back, they put so many conditions that if you use it, it actually increases the value of the order instead of reducing.
The thing is that when you use these coupon, all itmes in that order become on MRP even. in one order if the coupon is of 200Rs and order is of 3000 with known discounts, when you use the coupon, first it removes all the discounts and make the order of 3000 to 4500 and then reduces 225 rs of coupon. when I contacted the customer care, they say, CUSTOMER is responsible before buying, we should read their all contents of website hidden in corners.
What to say but they are creating such offers/coupons to move the customers away from it and not attracting.
