I ordered a baby stroller & a toy last week from firstcry and to my surprise, the product was delivered inside 3 days. Though the stroller was packed & delivered impeccably, the toy was slightly damaged.
I called up their customer care & registered a complaint which was addressed extremely professionally. The executive handling my complaint was very polite, courteous and offered a replacement against the damaged item. In fact, I received this replacement for the same toy yesterday in perfect condition.
I am extremely satisfied to have received such fantastic service from Firstcry and you have certainly won a customer with this gesture.
