I have been a regular customer of Firstcry.com until recently when they stopped delivering. In the last one month, two of my orders are shown as shipped, but in reality they never were. I have contacted the customer care many a times, but they were clueless and were not helpful at all.
They were just insisting to refund the money while I intended to escalate the matter so that they can improve their quality.but then I realized they were too arrogant. over all attitude was to take the customer for a ride and take them granted. I am really shocked to see how a good e commerce site can gradually lose its quality and reliability. One should stop buying products from this site till the time they sort out their mess.my order number was 1066544NKU47E0602
