Below is my comment few weeks(+ 1 month) back:
This is most non sense, lazy oriented and stupidity services that I have seen in my entire life. They are the disgrace of e commerce services in india. They not only destroy their own business and also other online business as well. I have ordered my deliver from firstcry.com. they have my package since 2 weeks. Everyday I get message from them that my package will be delivered and in the end of the day I did not received my package because of time constraints. When I made complaint to firstcry, then I again received same message but this time I got message that it could not deliver because of incomplete address and my mobile is un reachable.
