Firstcry & XpressBees -NeverTrust estimated date. Review on FirstCry

I had been shopping from Firstcry.com for last 2 year but now they are not as before.they don't even care to reply to email.

I had placed order from Firstcry and once the order gets confirmed they show's estimated delivery.I will soon get an sms saying that the order has been shiped and given to their courier partner XpressBees.On the date promised for delivery, XpressBees will sent an sms in the morning saying that the shipment is “Out for delivery, please be available to received.No one will come that day.I had to follow my case myself to firstcry & XpressBees they will just apologize for the same & will do nothing.

I had called firstcry many time's regarding this issue. They are agreeing that the fault is with them  and apologizing for the same, but on the other side, they are not ready to do anything even changing the delivery partner even after this many repeated complaints. Every time, they will apologize you and the same thing repeats. So please don’t believe the delivery date promised by Firstcry.com, it’s only a date to make you purchase and they will never stick to those dates.
