I have been using firstcry for last 1 year for my new born daughter and have had no issues ever.
I just googled for its reviews and I am surprised to find only negative reviews.
You can check that I also normally write negative reviews in mouthshut.
But I am taking time to give full marks to firstcry.
I have returned many products also.
Some things I want them to improve
1) Sizing - The sizes of frocks are so wrong. They think babies are malnourished I think. My advice buy+1 year size than needed.
2) Out of stock products - Remove them from search. Even if I say remove out of stock, it still shows out of stock. And the problem is they have too many products out of stock.
3) Hmm. what else. I want them to give straight forward prices . rather than use this coupon. use that coupon useless
4) Stop this cash back. its absolutely useless.
5) About this 11 at 11 pm. etc. I never was able to get through . I dont trust that one also
6) Sometimes after taking order, they say they cant arrange the item. That is so sad
