I have ordered baby diapers from them. It was shipped within 24 Hrs as promised. But courier service being used is First flight who took 4 days to deliver the product in Bangalore from Pune. Not comfortable to place prepaid order since they use these cheap local courier services. I had bad experience with First Flight already and I strongly believe I got it ONLY because I chose Cash on Delivery. May be services are better in Northern India.
Edit:- After this review I have further ordered from firstcry 5-6 times. Though the delivery is slow, the discounts/coupons offered are much better than most of their competitors. I have started liking them. Hence added one more star to the rating:-)
