I have no doubts after purchasing from other online retailers that Firstcry.com is the worst among the lot. The Estimated Delivery time was by Friday, 24th Oct 2014.
This was a birthday present for my nephew and both the merchant and courier company are still not sure after 10 days when this will be delivered. What is the use of this purchase now? Trust broken on first purchase. I will not recommend firstcry to anyone.
