Delayed/non-delivery, poor customer service

Extremely disappointed with FirstCry.I made 3 orders on baby diapers10 days ago and only 1 of them has been delivered so far. Reached out to their customer support but they haven't done anything about it apart from saying that "it will be delivered today ..." and not making the delivery. As a customer I had to call up their call center and local courier several times - to no avail.


I have received mails from their logistics team stating that all 3 items has been delivered whereas only 1 item has been delivered !!


The only mistake I made was to make a prepaid amount - otherwise I would have forgotten the order . I have asked them to cancel the booking and refund the amount but I have not heard anything on them yet.


No more shopping for me on firstcry. I'll use flipkart from now on . Their customer support and delivery is far better ( flat 2 days ).
