Thrice I have had an issue with firstcry but each time I got tempted by something or the other.

Last experience was horrible as I bought a party dress to gift to some one for her bday and it came with a major defect.

When I called the site they said that all they can do is send me a voucher of 100 rs which I denied for as I had no time so got it stitched by a tailor and gifted it. But now just after one single use I got a call back from my friends that entire set of stitches have come out as they were not checked well before dispatching and now I too can't get it stitched as the entire ruffles design is out (

We have verified the communication our team had with you on this matter.
Since the product delivered was deemed unusable by you initially, we had offered to arrange for a reverse pick up from the shipping address & send a fresh piece against it.
However, this request was turned down & since the product was sent for stitching (as per your confirmation), we even offered to cover the additional cost incurred.
As per our return policy, recalling used items isn't a viable option and we even tried to resolve the matter immediately after the complaint was raised which was swiftly turned down.
We have noted your feedback and hope to live up to your expectations moving forward.
