It was ordered on 5 Dec and came on 8th, so no problem with the delivery timing. Yet, when I opened the item, I was surprised that being an imported item, I didn't come in any box. moreover, it was dirty from the base. I bought it to gift someone but I couldn't do so because it didn't come in any packaging and was dirty from the base.
Moreover, the colors were bleeding from the edges which also hints that it may not be an original item. Anyway, I complained to them on the very same day I received the item. I never received a response and then I called the customer care and they asked me to upload its photos. I uploaded it photos and after repeated reminders, finally a guy came to my house to pick it up.
Got the refund 2 days ago but not of the shipping charges of Rs.50. So just beware all buyers before making your purchase on firstcry.com because it may actually become your first cry if this would be your first shopping experience with them.
