I had placed a pre-paid order, however the courier person from Aramex still collected the amount during delivery. I lodged a complaint 5 days back with firstcry, and was assured to receive the response within 24 hours, however no one came back from either side.
When I called again, I was informed that there is no complaint lodged, and the executive took a fresh complaint. Hopefully someone will come back to me on this issue, but thought of sharing with all the incident.
