I have placed an order vide order no 00316-00500-80890 for Audio CD: Journey -Ghulam Ali Volume 1 and Volume-2. The about for two volume CD of Rs 300 was debited from my credit card immediately, but I have received CD only on May 7, 2009. My problems did not end there, I have received a CD but it had only one Volume i.e Volume-1, Volume -2 CD was missing from the CD. I have immediately written them a mail but not received a response till date. I have writtne almost fifteen mails but not received a single response till date form them.
I think this guys are nothing but a gang of cheaters, who is just interested in duping the people by taking there money. I have decided not to buy any product from them. I would advise all of you that if you are living a happy life don't buy from them. Please visit neary book store or music store and buy the things even though it may take your 1 hr of time.
I have lost all my hope of receiving complete order. These guys have not even acknowledge the receipt of mail that who expect a response from them and that too positve response. Luckly my amount was only Rs 300/-, yours may be Rs 3000/- so be aware. Jagore
