I have suffered as many of you did. My courier is lost and I have suffered big financial loss. Talking to their head of customer service @+91-9320339251 does not help, but you can surely send your hate message. Please call at this number too and put pressure.
As some other people suggested, put pressure on all the online companies using First Flight as their transporters. They need to go out of business!
