In Guwahati, they have various offices at various places. But, delivery happens only from one centre! Then why the hell have you opened so many centers?.They kept my pan card lying at their office for a month and then I had to go all the way to their delivery centre to collect it. Another parcel from Delhi reached me after 2 months. Worse still, they never answer calls.i had to get a parcel. They called me twice but I was in a meeting. Immediately after the meeting I called back but no answer.
After 2 days when I inquired again I was told that the parcel was returned back due to "insufficiency of address" and they claim its not their mistake because they called but I didn't answer their call. Use this courier if you want to make your life miserable.
