I am doing a custom work. And on regular basis I have so many parcel to send. Some of my parcels are send through dtdc, first flight, professional courier etc.
While selling my products I say customers that it will reach to you within 5 days. Bt my words are getting wromg because of their late delivery. It used to reach within 10 days to customer and sometimes they call the customer to pick up parcels from there office.
Literally I have faced very bad time beacause of first flight couriers. First flight is just for name sack. They dont delivered the good within 4 dayd.
