I have ordered a product through an online shopping site. They have delivered the product using First-Flight courier's on 4th of Jan'12. When I have tracked my product status on First Flight's courier's tracking system it showed me delivered from origin.
After passing 10 days to the delivery date, on their site it showed person not found on the billing address. Neither they approached me on the billing address nor do they tried to contact me on my contact number. How can they put a status that person not available. On the next day, they have put the status payment not ready. This is not fair, they are just putting status at their own without approaching me.
I tried their Noida office where my shipment was delivered, but they never picked up the phone. When I raised a complain on their head office, I did not get any response from their side as well. This is really very bad courier agency. Suppose, if you have any urgent document needs to be delivered, you cannot rely on this courier agency.
