Worst service!! Their online tracking never works and their customer care is ever engaged. It has been more than a week's time since I had sent an important courier to Mumbai from Bangalore and its yet to be received at the destination.
I happen to speak to their Manager now and he is claiming this is just one off case and first flight is the Best courier service in the country!! Horrible experience!!
