Worst support, I have been with from their start. From day one they dont pick up call when there is connectivity issues. Customer support is scared to face the clients, maybe they dont know how to solve the issue. This happens always. I am seriously looking to change. Its frustrating when the call goes into IVR and no reply for hours. When they were close to my house, I used to call them from outside their door and can see non of them busy yet they dont pick up any calls. Then I hid my phone and asked, "Why dont u pick calls?"they said they are on call but it was ringin, then I showed see I m calling and there is no other call yet u guys arent picking up. They are scared or dont know their job
