I ordered something(OR-8862373) as a birthday to gift my mom. They have not delivered it yet(4:30pm). It is really embarrassing to call and check with my mom about this. When I call their support they are saying it will be delivered before 9pm. Do you expect a gift to deliver at the end of the day. They should send a time when they are going to deliver or they should pass the number of person who is delivering. I will never use this nor recommend it to anyone
