I have been a customer of ferns and petals for quite a few years now. On 13th Jan I had a plant delivered to a friend of mine for her birthday. The plant delivered was completely different from the picture and was half dead. Unfortunately I was travelling and I only got in touch with my friend 4-5 days after it was delivered, by which time the plant had completely died.
On contacting fnp, I was told they can only assist if notified within 48 hours. WOW- this is the service they give. So apparently, as soon as you send a gift you have to call the receiver to click a picture of what they have got and send it to you because you cannot trust fnp anyway.
Terrible terrible mistake ordering from this site which I swear never to use again and will tell all my contacts to stay away from it too. If you are reading this.please beware and don't waste your money ordering from this site.
