Would like to mention that I have had the worst experience with Ferns & Petals. Tried placing an order for them for 3 hours but their support team was not even interested in doing so & hence kept transferring my call to various departments.
After following up with them for long they assured to give a call back but nobody did.Its strange that these guys lack a lot in customer satisfaction.
