I have really bad experience with fern and petal. I ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday on Jan 16 - to be delivered on Jan 22. On Jan 23, I receive a mail from them that my address is not complete. (It is the same address to which they have delivered multiple times in the past). I told them that the address is complete, if they can not deliver, then they refund my money.
They told me that they made delivery attempt but address not complete and the phone I gave does not respond (there was always someone at my grandmother's place at that day and there was no phone call, she got multiple other calls so the phone was working). Then I told them that since they refuse to refund they please make a delivery. They told me that they now want me to pay more Rs 150 for redelivery. I told them that I know for a fact that they never made a delivery attempt as the address is complete (and they have already delivered to the same address in the past), the phone was working and someone always near the phone (so they made no attempt to phone), so if they do not deliver or do not refund my money, I consider that they are cheating me and I will contact a consumer protection agency about it.
I haven't heard back from them and also no refund given to me. I am so disappointed and frustrated about them. The worst company that I know of and I believe that such a business should not be allowed to exist. Does anyone know what one can do in this case?
