I had been a patent customers of ferns n petals and was quite satisfied and impressed with there performance, until recently they broke my trust. I ordered a flower bouquet for my wife to be delivered on Valentin day. This I wanted to be a surprise for her.
This order was given a week before as I was going out of town. On the D day, I received a message from them that the product being delivered. To my shock when I called my wife for confirmation, I came to know that nothing was delivered and the message was a false one.
How can they do it, being such a reputed dealers. They didn't delivered the product and literally ruined my day.
