I ordered Fenesta windows for my house in Dehradun in November 2016. It has been over 1 year that the job has not been completed. Despite several reminders the windows are still pending.
Yesterday was a big shocker. Their state head Dheeraj Sharma who picked calls after days of trying his number said that factory wants an email from the email I'd who booked the order. That email is blocked as the person had left the organisation so he will not be able to help. He said that he can book a fresh order and asked me to to pay again.
This company is crooked. Their employees are equally crooked. Never go for Fenesta.
