FedEx which is supposed to be one the better courier service internationally is by far the slowest in terms of delivery. It took them just 7 days to deliver an item from Delhi to Udaipur. Distance of about 650 km. That's really amazing efficiency.
By the way, their customer support is equally efficient. Do not expect any response from them if you have raised a query online!
