I had to some really important documents from Cuttack to Delhi. I called up the fedex call center at 9 pm, requested a pick-up. The pick-up guy was at my home in 45 min. Though they claimed that the letter would be delivered on the 2nd day, it was delivered in Delhi the very next day that too at 12 noon.
Now that's what you call overnight express!!
