I am amazed with commitment towards honoring delivery timelines the handling of good despite extreme weather is extremely good. There were poor weather condition and I was struggling to send the important documents from Delhi to Mumbai, most of other companies hesistated in timelines commitments citing even flights were being delayed, courier is less important. As the documents were critical, I was not getting assurance of safe delivery due to heavvy rains. Hesitatingly, due to high costs, I couriered via Fedex and my experience was amazing, they delivered ahead of time and in fantastic condition.
Since then, I have been transacting through Fedex and my experience always have been in line with expectations., only concern is that it is little expensive but I feel that extra premium is worth it. for key documents
