My courier didn't reach even after 12 days time. When I call customer care they just kept me waiting and no one picked up the call even after half an hour.
It has the worst customer care service. As they new there is problem with the courier they wont pick up the call.
When you call them they will say delivery date was different, they would have already changed the date without any info. My parcel from USA reached before time but domestic courier took such a huge time. its just a waste courier.
