I sent some sweets and pickles to my sister working in North Carolina, USA trough Fedex courier from their Vijayawada office. They charged rupees 5000/- for 10 kilograms package, which seemed pretty reasonable. They promised delivery in 7 days and actually delivered it in 6 days that too in a perfect condition.
The staff guided me well as regards the different slabs of pricing available for different weights. They helped with the packing as well. They also left a message on my phone that my package was delivered. Tracking the courier was very easy on their website which they updated on a regular basis. What else can I expect from a courier service! Fedex did the job promptly and perfectly.
