I am very frustated with the bad service of Fed Ex.They are not delivering my shipment 618573885752(Fed ex Std Overnight) and withholding the package from last 3 days at the delivery point Noida.


I had called the customer care complaint no 1016005204 on 16/10/2014 but they gave a funny response that if I need my parcel then I have to come to them and collect it because they are not able to deliver it considering the overload they have.Very funny that they give such irresponsible answers.


Very bad FEDEX.
