I am writing this review after being harassed for more than one month by the bank employees of Noida branch.
I requested a foreclosure of my home loan account in July first week and it is almost 40 days since then.
First they will not take the foreclosure application and ask me to continue with them. Then after consistent refusal by me, they sent the foreclosure letter by mail only after good twenty days.
They have been deleting providing papers for home loan closure for no good reason and I have to pay interest for one more month at high interest rate just because they can't give relevant documents. They are worst than a government bank.
The customer service is of no use and they ask you to write an email instead of taking complaint on phone. They assure of action within 48 hours and I am waiting for their call back since last 10 days.
