Friends I have opened my selfie account with Federal Bank in the month of August but till now I haven't recieved my banking kit. It was dispatched to me in September but returned undelivered, God knows the reason why so. Again I have requested it to send it to branch but till the time I was there it was not recieved at the branch. I have moved to other city where by I called and send an email to the branch to send it to the branch in my current residence city but no information yet. The irony is that I am recieving a message that please fund your account, how can I use my account can the bank tell me this?
