I have 3 watches of fastrack one of them stopped working last month. So I visited customer care point . Primarily service offered by them was quite good . The person who was repairing clocks told me it has some problems need to do some kind of wash. I was running out of time so not left my watch there . In another service centre after 3~ 4 days the person told me battery is dead nothing else
So service centeres need to improve there services according to customer needs not as per they want .
