As per the contents it covers 45 topics. Number series, indices and surds, avg, work time, area and perimeter, trigonometry, and charts are some of the topics.
Now each chapter starts with 2 or 3 pages of theory which provides enough general idea about the topics( each idea is explained with a problem as an examples) and then there is the'fast track techniques', and each formula is again explained with enough examples to grasp the idea. Every chapter has a min of 8 to 13 fast track techniques( short cuts formulas). Cool.
After that there are questions, around 100. 120. which is followed by its explanations at the end of each chapter.
Everything is nicely explained. Paper quality is good. Good of SSC, CDS, RRB, BANK etc
