I got my kitchen converted to modular kitchen about 6 months ago with fancy modular kitchen at Ghansoli. It costs me 64000 Rs/- After building this modular kitchen I have got plenty of storage space for all my kitchenwares and utensils, pots and pans. Now my kitchen countertop looks clean and clutter free. My modular kitchen fits in all kinds of utensils with all shapes and sizes. Now my plates, spoons, dishes remain clean since all the kitchenwares are free from dust. I don't know if the price is cut or not but it is very useful.
