Facebook was my first social site which I used. Thanks to facebook, because of it my gmail account was created. I hope everyone knows that the founder and CEO of facebook is Mark Zuckerberg. He brought facebook in 2004. Facebook is popular worldwide. Here we can communicate with our friends of whom we just know the name. Facebook brings people closer. It helps you in sharing your feelings and emotions. It has reduced humans efforts.
I never contacted customer service so I don't know abut it but I assure you that there support might be good being such a great site. Facebook app is much better and easy to use. The loading time of facebook is little more as it contains lots of stuff.
But the best way of relaxing is using facebook as it contains all types of stuff. Recently, meme has been started which gives you chance of remembering your friends.
