I am extremely disappointed with the way FabHotels has handled my booking. Following their recommendation, I made a reservation nearly two months in advance. Now, just a week before my check-in, they have abruptly cancelled my booking without my consent, claiming that the hotel is no longer operational. They are now asking me to pay more to book a different hotel, which is completely unacceptable. If they have ended their partnership with the hotel, that’s entirely their responsibility—not mine. It is their obligation to arrange alternative accommodation of the same category at the originally agreed price. Cancelling at the last minute and demanding additional payment is highly unprofessional and reflects very poorly on their service.
