This is in reference to my bookings in Fab Hotel. My booking was in Fab Express JK Regency Mumbai with booking ID M8ZBY8 for two rooms. We book the rooms one month before seeing the situation of the upcoming exhibition. We have considered hotel review distance and many things while booking the hotel. But at the last moment fab hotels shifted my booking to some other hotel which is not upto that standard and is also far away from the place I have work. I tried to contact their customer support service. But they are very rigid and rude. they dont want me to talk any senior and also not giving a proper solution. They are simply saying pay whatever we charge for other hotels or cancel the booking. Why am I supposed to cancel the booking which I made one month before and force me to buy at whatever rate they are applying now. Dont book anything on their portal as they are very irresponsible people. the way they talk at customer service is very bad. They left you no choice then to pay as high as they can. Pls dont trust names.
