I would just like to share my occurrence regarding one the World No 1 Company in kitchen hood **Faber.*

I & my wife just made a visit at one of the dealers in Ahmedabad. We wanted to purchase a DISHWASHER as we both are working couple & we used to be tired when we used to come home & it was very difficult for my wife to wash the vessels as we dint have a maid at or residence so we made up or mind for a dishwasher.

We had seen various brands in dishwasher so we just had to take the brochure as we made a visit very late at the dealer.

While going to the brochure we had dialed a toll free no which was been published in **Faber brochure Toll Free No-18002334595**.We got the complete information regarding the dishwasher the coordinator even gave us the details of other product in which Faber deals with eg.**chimney, cooktop, hob, built in oven, microwave oven, cooking range, built in microwave oven, collection series*

I & my wife made a revisit at the dealers place we selected a dishwasher model-WQP12-9213 which had a automatic function. It just clicked my mind & I asked for a Faber chimney with a life time warranty as I got the details from the toll free There where various models in Life time warranty we asked the sales person whether the chimney can get installed at our residence he said Faber has a authorized service center in Ahmedabad the technician will visit at our residence & give us the demo for the Dishwasher & he will guide where the chimney can get installed. So we asked for the delivery of the dishwasher with the chimney.

We gave the technician the time when we are available he made a visit at 8.30pm he gave us the model name which can be installed in our kitchen. We selected booked three product of Faber, Mars 1000suction, Dishwasher, & Glass Hob GB 365ssp

So we got all the three product installed with proper demo the technician even guided us how to get the LTW card for our chimney.

We went through the owners manual as per the instruction so within 30 days we got our ltw card.

We both are happy with the Faber product.
