I called up the Faber call center number last week and booked a servicing for my Faber chimney for this Saturday, i.e. today. I even got a booking number 110487687. I spent the entire day today calling up the Call centre - each of the six calls elicited the same response- "Did the service center not call you - okay I will call them and you will get a call from them soon."
Also that they will visit me today before 7pm. Finally at 5pm I got a call saying that the cost would be Rs. 400 but it will only be done on Monday. By this time I had had enough and I refused as I am working and only a weekend suits me.
So as usual, the after sales service is pathetic like most other Indian products. I will never recommend Faber to anybody.
