This is in reference to my Ezone online prepaid order no. 6801641985 placed on 27th May'15. The order has been delivered by Bluedart to some other address & person on 4th June'15. I have been following up with Ezone customer care team since 3rd June but there has been no proper update. Even after the wrong delivery and escalation from me, there has been no communication from their team at all. It is appearing as a case of fraud where a customer has paid the full money and the product has been delivered to someone else.
Now no one in Ezone is interested to resolve the issue as they already received the money.
Due to this complete mismanagement and non delivery of the product I want to cancel this order and want complete refund of my money. I am also not available from 9th June for couple of weeks, so the delivery is not at all required now.
Will anyone respond from ezoneonline?
