Beware of Ezeekart frauds. Review on Ezeekart

I was looking for a book and used junglee.com to find a most suitable online store for my need. junglee.com provided me, the link to ezeekart store and then I went to their (ezeekart) website and placed my order by paying in advance through my credit card on October 06, 2012. Even after three weeks, I did not receive my order and then later I contacted them over their customer care number(which is mentioned on their website). Customer care person told me to wait for another couple of days.

On November 02, 2012(almost after a month), I received a mail from ezeekart(sales@ezeekart.com), saying, they have cancelled the order and asked me to provide my bank account details such as Account holder's name , a/c number, branch and name of the bank, so that they can drop a cheque in my favor. This was weird, because generally the other online shopping stores refund the purchase amount in the account from which the purchase was made. As I had no other option, I provided them all the required details and till this day (December 07, 2012) I still haven't got the refund.

Today I contacted them again and informed them again about this issue. The customer care person told me that as their mail server is down and they are not able to get the necessary details which I provided them a month back. This is riddeculous, No company, which wants to be in a business can afford to have it's mail server down for a month!!!. They are asking me to provide my bank details over SMS.

After 2 months, I haven't received the refund. Their customer care people are crappy, who lack even the basic communication skills. I really wonder if this entire ezeekart online store is a fraud. I recommend others to **NOT** to shop anything from **ezeekart** website and I'm going to spread this word as far and as loud as possible.
