I did a booking on Ezeego1.com on oct 2 ( EZR-2007-155529/A ) for Delhi Ranchi return flight. I called up the ezeego1.com customer service on Nov 02 and they said the ticket is confirmed. However, when I called the airline with the PNR no, they told me that the ticket was cancelled on Oct 04 as ezeego failed to issue the ticket within stipulated time frame. But Ezeego has already charged me the entire money & they send my complete itinerary with the pnr no.

After that I tried calling up their customer service no one was picking up the call. Do they bother that customers are dialing a std no.and they should hire people to answer the queries. Now I will need to buy a new ticket with almost double the cost !! I will advice the all of you to not use this site ever.
