I had booked a ticket on 31 Dec 2007, but because of server problem at ezeego1 my transaction got failed. I did not receive the PNR no but the amount got debited from my credit card account. When I enquired at the call center I was told that as it is ezeego1's problem the amount would be credited within 7 working days to my credit card account. But even after repeated followup till now(16 Feb 2008) I have still not received my money.
The call center guys do not know anything. The phone lines are too noisy. If u call from cell phone then your cell battery will drain but you will not get to talk with anybody it such a long wait.
When you ask the call center guy that you want to talk to their bosses you get a reply that they are in a meeting. This I have experienced 5 times.
*Certainly this is the worst service I have ever experienced.*
