My love story with ezeego1.com has turned bitter in the first episode itself and I am waiting for this tragic situation to resolve.
I called up ezeego1.com on 10 March 2017 and a Mr Satheesh Yadav introduced himself as my Travel Adviser and asked me how he could help me. I enquired about an International Holiday package to Spain. Mr Yadav was very forthcoming and informative about what I had to do and after he had conveyed all the info., said he would call up the next day at a particular time.
And, to my pleasant surprise, he did call at the precise time. Boy, was I impressed! Well, this was the day I had to pay the initial amount of Rs 30, 000/-, to'block' the reservation for the tour.
So, dear friends, I parted with the amount, with assistance from my TA. So far, so good.
Then silence, and a mail from my side asking for updates. I was asked to send copies of our passports. And some more mails from me, asking for acknowledgement and updates.
Then, couple of days later, my TA advises me that my tour scheduled for 15 April 2017 had been called off, and that I should take the tour in May, or take some other tour. I wrote back saying that I was not interested in any other date, or place; and if he could not book for that day, I would prefer to have my money back.full refund.
And that is when my problems started.despite numerous mails and phone calls, my esteemed TA, Mr Yadav, who was once all attention, is totally incommunicado. Not a single word of apology, not a word of reassurance.it is complete silence from the ezeego1.com side.
What am I to understand from this attitude? what do I do?
Can someone please advise me as to how to get my travel adviser to respond, and ezeego1.com to heed my request?
