I was conned into buying this Creating life policy for a term of 17 years. Annual Premium changes every year and is in the range of 12000. Sum Assured is only 186000. Surrender value is very low and I have to pay all premiums to keep the policy in force or lose last 5 years premiums.
The website is ancient, and customer service on phone is nothing to write about. Plus they dont have many branches even in a city like Mumbai.
Overall, a pathetic experience and the ordeal will continue for 12 more years. Hope I get back my money after then.
